Need help confirming cleanfiles account

Hi guys!
I've started my journey of IM myself, but after applying to cleanfiles, i found out i needed a website on which i should upload some vertification.txt. I don't have any website, but am currently only working on youtube, where i get daily 300-500 visits. So I'd like to monetize it with PPD and from browsing through forums i found cleanfiles to be the best and most trustworthy. So if anyone knows a way to do this without a website or is willing to help me please respond; any help at all is appreciated.
