need help complete noob.

I know I am probably making a stupid question.
I have been around the forum but I havent found an answer yet.
Point: I am making a web site with few hundreds of offers from different CPA offers with banners and stuff. Now what I want to do as the truth is that I dont have many to promoting it in conventional ways. Will I be able to just change proxy with some software or manually to start fill in in email or zip code offers? And if I can what program or type of proxy should I use?

If your landing page contains "hundreds" of CPA offers it is unlikely any AM will not see it is fraud.
No sane person would sign up from such an obvious spammed page, eh ?

I did not describe the web site i want to make because it is not the point. the web site I need it just to show that I am promoting on line different offers on line and off course I am gonna have written content around it! Now can I use some kind of proxy to show a different ip each time and filling in my offers by myself? I dont wanna make a living of it but just promote a new web site with the profits.

just do some e-whoring for a few weeks, you can rack up some quick cash.
