Need help cleaning up Instagram account

Simple question/request.
I have 2900 followers and am following 5500.
My engagement in quite low considering these numbers
I would like to clean up my account and get rid of ghosts and fakes.
Is there a simple and cheap solution?
I was thinking about a bot (in the past I used instazood) but am out of the loop.

Look up export data from instagram to spreadsheet.

Then compare the list of likers (last 9 posts) to the list of followers, whoever isnt on the list gets the boot
