Need Help Choosing a Windows VPS Provider

Hi All,

One of my VAs is having a rather tedious network issue and instead of sitting around wasting time I'd like to bypass this problem by supplying a windows VPS that she can log into and do her work.

All she needs is a browser, no special software.

Could someone recommend a Windows VPS service that has live support and will be able to set me up in a matter of minutes?
