Need help can’t spend my money

So I have money on my cash app everytime I try to send it or use it, it says I have to scan my id or add a bank account I don’t have either of those I just want to be able to use my money anyone know what I could do?

That's the rules, man! Financial institutes can not let people withdraw money without KYC...

I;m afraid you have to refund man. then ask them to send to another payment gateway.
 
Go and make an ID, and with that ID open an bank account.
