Need Help Bypassing 'We Received Your Information' on Facebook

As far as I know, the time for you to receive a response after an appeal is about 30 days, I don't know how long you have been waiting but it is still not enough time for you to receive an answer.

You need to wait, in a few days if your account is seriously violated it will be resolved, lightly it will be unblocked in about half a day
 
if no response after days, try submitting appeals through different channels (like Facebook Business Help chat or support forms) and keep records of all submissions for follow-up.
 
In your current situation, I think the best thing to do is contact Meta support and they can help you with solutions.

things You are doing all that then wait usually I find either buy a new account or you can create an account it will be faster than waiting for a response
