Need Help Buying PayPal Account

Hi everybody,

I'm from Morocco and I'm thinking of buying an OLD paypal account in order to:

- Get funds in available balance instantly ( and not in pending balance )
- Withdrawing money to my prepaid credit card (morocco) or Payoneer prepaid card.
- Avoiding the "limiting" issues.

I received two offers of US based verified Paypal accounts.

The first is 1 Years Old+verified. Its owner told me that in order to withdraw money I need to use payoneer(only).

The second account is 2 years old+ verified. Its owner told me that I can withdraw money to any credit card as long as it's verified.

Now, I'm a bit confused and don't know which one to buy.
Because the two sellers are saying different things concerning withdrawing.

Can someone give me a clear idea on how I can withdraw money from a US. BASED PAYPAL ACCOUNT safely knowing that I live in Morocco?

Watch out they could be hacked and once you buy them the originally owner
might talk to PayPal about getting their accounts back. Especially since eBay was hacked recently.

Personally speaking you have to be really careful with Paypal purchasing, sounds stupid but maybe ask a friend or work colleague if they have an old paypal account they could give you

Dont you have any friend in US or other 1st world country.

Instead of showing confidence to unknown person I would
recommend to go with some one whom you know.
