Hi There I Need Help

I was wondering if there was a program/script that help you update you website automate like for instance I put a news section but I don't want to update it everyday

Also wondering how do I get the stock menu like the one on CNN.com where people can search up stocks and get quotes and etc. What do I need to get it?

My website is basically about bussiness that produce hugh amount of money for instance real estate, stocks, internet marketing etc.
