So I want to offer people in-game items, for signing up for stuff that pays.
Free and easy signups are ideal. What program would be best for this? I can be more specific if you'd like.
My idea is offering players in-game items and in-game currency, for completing offers. So, they complete offer... I deliver their item.
What program or programs would be best for this?
