I've been greatly interested in this site for months but I was always intimidated by the ground knowledge and terms people use to explain methods in increasing or making money.

I understand what SEO is but do I just need to know how to make a basic wordpress site or do I need in ground knowledge in building websites?

How do you sell and buy or even maintain a website with " monthly earnings" etc, etc

Anything i can read to understand all this concepts because even in beginner guides I don't know what the hell everyones speaking about.

    Im patient and ready learn

There are guides on building WP sites on Udemy which are available for free, there's also plenty of resources on BHW too.

What type of site you have? niche?

This totally depends on the kind of traffic you are targeting, You can definitely make money from a website if it already is active with traffic coming in, search youtube and affiliate marketing channels to get a clear idea,

it makes one feel awkward if you are a newbie in a class of graduates..... take it a step at a time most of these things are self taught not learnt in school, wordpress has lots of tutorials in youtube and udemy.... udemy is cracked here but mark you it is a paid site so value it and watch the courses one by one. the good thing is if you are in the midst of grown ups you will soon also grow up you wont crawl forever but mature fast.

If you are thinking of making money, you shouldn't focus immediately on selling your website.

You should first focus on getting your website to make money on a month-to-month basis.

To get to this stage, you need to focus on building a website that draws traffic on a sustainable basis.

    That's how it works.

You have to first take baby steps before you can walk.

You have to first walk before you can run.

So, if I were you, I'd focus first on finding the right niche, finding demand through social media and then piecing together the workable website strategy that can convert that existing demand and traffic into a community that you can then monetize later on.

    You should leave considerations.

So, buying or selling your website on the table until you've nailed the more basic issues of building, running and monetizing a website.
