Hello, is there any way to build a page like this on WORDPRESS

is there any plugin or any way to do that?

Yes there are plugins to create mini sites. Just make a search for wp minisite.

It's not a mini-site creator plugin you need, it's a landing page creator plugin. Or sqeeze page plugin. They are availible. I'm going to go search and get back here...

I just searched on google "squeeze page creator" and lots of choices came up. Go try it.
