Need Help ASAP

I opened an US PP verified acct few days ago,in the second day the acct was limited so i provide PP the checklist they asked after i got from them an email that my acct has been restored i opened the acct when i click in any link my acct get limited again,i restart the lift limitation process,and agin got an email that my acct has been restored.
But the awful thing when i tried third time i got again the limitation.
I am angry and want solve that,dear mates do you think it's due to VPN,coz i use VPN to connect to my US PP,what do suggest?

I have several accounts with different PayPal accounts that operate off my VPN. I doubt thats the issue. I would call them. I've always had a positive outcome when I called them.

I don't know from experience but I've heard proxies can be a reason your account gets limited. Are you from the US?

and the reason this thread is in hire a freelancer section is......?

Exactly! If everything is legit, just call.. Any time I had an issue and called it was solved in minutes.

I also have an PP account on limited status. Asking for Photo ID to fax them. Can anyone help?
