need help ASAP

so i've messed up wth my PC pretty badly. i had 3 user accounts on my PC, my admin one and 2 others. i wanted to delete one of the others but its somehow made me delete the other one.

had important files on there, and not sure how i can get them back?!

any help massively appreciated!

Step 1, have a hard drive for users/admins.
and one for data.

Step 2, encrypt what you want safe.

I can't help you recover the data as I keep everything in multiple places and if the os gets wiped I still got it.

The files should still be there. If you can see the folder where they were saved, you might be able
to change the sharing option, meaning share the folder with your user account.
