i add balance to a website i forgot the website name but on paypal it says - distance service

So you don't remember for what you paid? Maybe contact the seller (via PayPal e-mail) and ask him what services he offers?

Try googling the payment email address or contact directly. If he offers a service, chances are his email address will come up on the service page or something.
