Need help application facebook

i want to make an application on facebook that asks questions about friends and post the answer on the wall of them.
Can somebody help me, make me a video or give me the instructions...

If you are not a programmer or familiar with the api then you need a lot more than instructions.

However, there are several facebook apps that allow you to create your own app with little experience. Try "quiz apps", and "app bank" run a facebook search.
