Need Help Analyse my Youtube Account

I have an Anime Youtube Account which isnt growing much organically.

I pay for Editing, Voice and Script. Lately i reached 1k Subs and 2000h Watchtime ( with FB ads ) nur this cant be the Goal to only get traffic with Ads.

Therefor i hired a VA to manage Title, Tags, Description and research me Video Ideas he thanks we can rank on. Nothing. Past 5 Videos again die not perform ( only when again running ads)
Could someone experienced have a look at my Account and tell me what I am lacking, if the VA is doing a good job.. etc.

I pay around 40$ a Video and cant maintain that for too long with this Progress.

Pls have a look and maybe recommend me someone here Who could Help me grow this Acc, Recommend a Method how I can grow it without a VA or maybe a damn good YT Course?

i don't understand much in Anime but the timing of the video + competition are very important
your videos aren't unique there is similar videos like : "Top 10 Anime Where Enemies Become Lovers"
you can use the idea but not the exact title for example : "when love beat hate in Anime".
try Google Ads also.
