[Need Help]Amazon-To-eBay Defects

Hey,
I'm dropshipping products from Amazon to eBay. Doing it for awhile and making nice profit.

Recently, I faced something I wasnt aware of - eBay defects.

I would like o know more about it:
1) How do you cancle transaction when you can't provide the item?
2) How easy is to remove defects?
3) scammers? (someone sent the product to Amazon and got gift card, then asked for a refund from me)

You can't cancel for that reason and avoid a defect.

Scammers are a fact of life when you sell online, and Amazon/eBay drop ship method leaves you extra vulnurable to scams because you can't control the supply and shipping. Just the facts of life, dude.
