[Need Help]Amazon closed my associate account

Hi

Today i received mail from amazon

Thank you for your interest in the Amazon Associates Program.

We completed our review of your application to become an Amazon.com
Associate, which included a visit to the Web site where you planned to
create links to our store. After careful consideration, we have
decided that your site may not present a mutually beneficial business
opportunity. We have therefore decided not to approve your
application to become an Amazon Associate.

Accordingly, we have closed the account under which you had been
temporarily approved and that approval has now ended. Thank you for
your interest in Amazon.com.

I have 2 websites both are not crappy sites. Both have good content and logo design everything is fine. In one website i placed amazon affiliate disclosure in left panel. In another website i didn't placed any amazon affiliate disclosure. I registered amazon with my first website and using the same associate account id for both websites. Other than this i didn't find any wrong with my websites.

Can someone please provide me suggestion what i need to do now?

Should I try and sign up again with my website with proper affiliate disclosure and all?

Please help

My solution: sign up again - but dont use your site, try the best site you found on google in your niches (but not too popular) .
Your Problem will be fixed with just a cup of coffee ... Relax man

Dude, what on Earth are you talking? Amazon only reviews the website after you've referred a sale, how dumb must you be to think that you can get approved with someone else's website? FFS.

Actually they do review websites when you sign up. Got my first application on the co.uk rejected because I was cloaking my affiliate links, fixed that and it got approved in 24 hours. I have a disclosure policy, but that is in my Privacy page, so nothing about amazon on the site except that page.

So don't cloak your links :)

I don' think, I did it. My new account create 2 months ago, and I do get some sales. This is the third month and I still dont get banned by amazon.
 
You need to have good content on your website, no content scraped from Amazon. After you get it reviewed then start scraping.

Not sure why you'd need the affiliate disclosure if you are not yet adversing Amazon products and I know that you're not yet advertising Amazon products.

PM me a the website that you used for the application. It really shouldn't be that hard.

I kept amazon affiliate links on both of my websites. But i didn't kept amazon affiliate disclosure on my new website.
