    Hello,

I am trying to setup an Adwords campaign. I have a CPA offer and I have shortened the affiliate link via bit.ly

Now, when I try to setup the ad, in the display URL, I entered www.bit.ly/XXXX and in Destination URL, I entered the same www.bit.ly/XXXX

However, I got an email saying my ad got disapproved and the reason Inaccurate Display URL.

Please help me what I should do to resolve this so that my ad gets approved.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanking you

You simply can't do that, for two reasons :

    1. In AdWords, your destination URL can't be a redirected URL. It must be the actual URL the visitor ends up on when he clicks your ads.

    2. You need to get your own domain and create a landing page. You can't direct an adwords campaign directly to your affiliate link anyway. (Sometimes some ads pass through this, but they get banned very quickly)

And your landing page should not seem to be your only aim is to send visitors to an advert page.It should contain some content bla blaa...I am lazy to put their actual TOS words sorry :) ...but idea is this..be carefull..

    Thanks for the replies.

    One more question:

If instead of CPA, I promote Clickbank product, then will this work?

Suppose the URL for the CB product is www.testurl.com
And my affiliate link is: myusername.testurl.hop.clickbank.net

So, in the adwords campaign, in display url, i will enter www.testurl.com and my destination url will be my affiliate link.

Now since, both links will take you to the landing page, will it work?

    Please do reply.

    Thanking you

No Raryan , unfortunately you can not .. Because in this situation your visitors (ad clickers) are not going directly to testurl . [c0m] they are going to clickbank and then redirected again..

Many people is suffering from this situation and yes we hate also , but what we can do..Look I made a small search for you to ensure latest news :

lol, no buddy. That ain't gonna work

You will not be able to direct link to a cpa offer or clickbank product. You are going to have to build a landing page or dummy blog and do a redirect after your ad gets approved.

Ok...so lets say I get the permission to copy the sales letter and I upload it on my domain and I just put the code given on the site ie.
<img height=?1″ src=?http://CBAFFID.PRODUCTID.hop.clickbank.net? width=?1″>, and the buyer decides to buy it. That means I will get the commission?

I can do this and give it a try.

Yes raryan , you will get the commission since you are loading in background your affiliate link .( you are saying the browsers this invisibly small 1 pixel image`s source is CBAFFID.PRODUCTID.hop. clickbank.net ..

Even try it your self you can easly check from CB reports pages if really when visitors loads your landing page , it shows a +1 hop in your records..

By the way i should also try , If I can find some adwords voucher code :)

Dude..google dont like affiliate marketing. You cant even promote product directly or link it directly. There are very strict rule about LP for adwords.
But what works for me is make wordpress blog, put some content related to your blog. And make post about the product you are promoting. And then Drive traffic to this page.
Remember if you violete LP policy, you will be banned permanently.

    Thanks.

You can try it. You can buy vouchers from fiverr for $5.
