I have a new client who needs a site. That is great and I can usually do this but he has presented a new problem. He needs about 6 people to create accounts and login to have admin privelages on the site and about 60-80 people to create accounts and login to have basic employee privelages. Each employee will submit a small written report to one of the 6 admins (bosses) once a week.

I need your help/advice on the tools or ideas I could use to complete this project.

I was already thinking about a possible Wordpress MU type thing but I've never worked with MU before so I'm not exactly sure of its capabilities.

    Thanks

I've not used Wordpress for this sort of application before so I don't know what it's like - but I have used Joomla for this sort of thing and that works great. That's if you're into Joomla of course.

I've never used Joomla before but I'm not ruling it out.

Maybe I can get Ukescuba to pitch in something to this thread...

Can't you just use WP for this?

Um I don't know? Can I? That's why I created this thread. Will MU suit my needs?

or are you just typing random things in threads that sound relevant to increase your post count?

From my limited experience of Joomla I agree it's most likely the best solution for it.
