<Need Help> account restricted

​Basically I got this in my messages yesterday. I can provide the utility bill, and driver license, but not the invoice as I have bought my items from a asian whole seller and they didn't really provide one. Can anyone help me out with this. My account was fairly legit up until one month ago. Would really like to get it back and keep it legit as it is under my real name and I just needed a quick buck only sold bout 100things. Anyone? I really have no idea what to do :/

what is it you were selling and in the resolution center what is it they are asking for?

paypal are pricks and you should get used to it from now lol
 
Basically they are saying that if I want to appealthis restriction I need to submit all this info to theirfax.
The info is... copy of my id..any bill showing my address
 
-this last one is the tricky one that I cant get a hold of... any documents which includes the manufacturersinvoice orreceipt that shows that I purchased the item recently listed.
 
I was selling a box set of a showtime show. Also I had no listings up when they restricted the account. How can I make a fake legit invoice? will that get me in trouble?
