Need help about Xrumer 7 Please!!!!!

please answer my few questions.

1) where to buy new xrumer 7 ?
2) xrumer 7 will run on my normal computer ? like i have core2due with 2 GB ram, and internet connection speed is 3 MB/s ?
3) is there anything else i will need to buy to run xrumer or not ?
