Need help about WP plugin

Hi BH'ers I have some question regarding a wp plugin, Is there a plugin that can detect IP and redirect it?..

for example...
Im from USA and my IP is USA right?..then when i type to ebay dot com it will go to ebay dot com because my IP is from USA and if my IP is from australia and when i go to ebay it will redirect me to ebay dot com dot au...is there any plugin similar to this?...
