Need help about Web Proxies and Accounts for Web2.0!

Hi,
Could anyone tell me about the proxies that you use for linkbuilding?

I wanna how you use Proxy for Web2.0. Do we must use different proxies for different Web2.0?
If so, how do you get free proxies(Software, Website, or...?)

And about the ACCOUNTS,
I was wondering if we could use the same account to create another Web2.0 blog for other Money Site and KW?
If we must use different Web2.0 account for different Money site, how do you get many accounts like this without any problem?
Do you have any trick?

Please kindly tell me everything you know.
I'm very new to SEO, so I don't mind reading.
Or point the thread that have all basic in Linkbuilding for me. However, I have read few already.

you can use same proxy for multiple web2.0s on different sites. You can either get a program like proxy multiply or alike to scrape and check free proxies or purchase some private proxies from a provider here on BHW

as about the accounts, use 1 account per web2.0 otherwise you risk all sites in that account if one of them gets banned

It is the wild west out there. Don't mean to burst your bubble, but you and only you will be able to get you to your goal. Don't make such silly statements like that unless your planning on getting nowhere in IM.
