Bro Simply submit sitemap for your website in google search console and also submit robots.txt then your website got indexed

Google takes time to index for new sites.So you can promote your videos on social media and other directories to index fast.

Your server and site loading fast means it is also good for your site.

Am not sure which one is best in cheap price, you have to move to some high price best hosting.

Remove the duplicate content if any and resubmit your sitemap to the google. If your site is already penalized, it is difficult to index all the pages asap.
