I don't think buying a facebook account will attract a lot of people... they are more interested in buying facebook fan page... I don't think you will find a buyer... sorry

3528 isn't that many friends really.. I doubt your account has any value to be honest

Why not make a fanpage and merge with your account

What niche is it in, 3000 friends in the right niche can be very valuable.
If you can sell to them

Obviously the country where they are located is important.

mainly the friends were from us ank uk and aus and yesterday i have created fanpage about fifa now i working in that how many fan followers we want

dont merge/turn it into a fanpage. I have around 300k (ALL FROM TOP COUNTRIES LIKE USA, CANADA, UK, Australia, New Zealand), but when u share a post on the page, u will only reach out to around 1-5% of the fans. Curently, facebook fanpages are going through a bit of a rough time. Better change the name to a girl's name, add some hot pics, and start making guys wanna chat to you, ask them to go to that site for you and do this and that. Just an idea, there's a lot of other ways, but don't get your hopes too high.
