Does anyone know why my Facebook ad campaigns will automatically change status from activated to inactive, and it’s done by Facebook?

Maybe you have scheduled campaigns, or your page has turned off the target groups for which you have targert, check it again.

Do you have a lifetime budget when setting up your ads, you probably already have your ad completion date set

Yes, you need to check the scheduled time for your campaigns and budget for it.

I believe this is most likely related to Payment methods and budget.
You have either hit a spending limit on your Ad Account, or a spending limit on your actual payment method (whether Credit Card or Paypal).
Also will have if the payment method you currently have no longer works for some reason.

Double check your credit card, then double check your ad account limit. It's most likely the issue.

If you check the history of a campaign or ad sets you can usually see the reason it was turned off by FB. There's an option usually on the right side of the ads manager
