Is it legal to use for example a domain such as facebookmoney.com (example)? Or is that not allowed?

Even if you put: This website is in no way affiliated by Facebook or any company, firm, association, organisation, website, magazine, periodical or other media, or any mark. on the website?

its risky, but you may make some money before you get shut down

You would get in trouble. IMO not worth the risk for the money you would make.
