Hey guys, I have a sports website that generates more than 2 million visits per month, I use adsense to make some money on him but I am tired of the low cpc and low ctr, for that reason I am looking for a CPA Sports Betting deal, somebody know what is the best affiliate program to sports betting that pays through CPA?

the visits are mostly from facebook, with 100 000 visits per day I make a bit more than 100 usd, besides that the videos that I upload in the site are from my youtube channel, for that reason I have various videos that were top trending in my country (Portugal) and have more than 200k views, but adsense there is also really poor, and I have no idea how to monetize them another way...

Try adworkmedia.com, they have good sport offers.
 
CPA requires targeting traffic.

Adsense is much better with your site, if the adsense not prohibited.

However there are ads block, so that your income decreases. This is felt by everyone
 
So I have ordered a nice ad to one designer to use ClickBank, but the results have been really bad clickbank.png
