i'm actually looking for the best/and cheap proxies providers that i can run without losing connection (preferably home proxies), that can let me run my Gads accounts (warm-up) well.

Try searching through this forum for residential proxies, they normally have different prices but you'll find someone

Best AND cheap proxies ? Sorry to say, but when it comes to proxies, the following applies :-
Good & cheap : Will not be fast
Fast & good : Will not be cheap
Cheap & fast : Will not be good
