Please i have heard of people reaching about 5000 people with many likes with a budget of 1$ on facebook. Please i need some to put me through how to achieve this or refer me to a thread here that will help me thanks.

I don't think its really possible to reach that level of likes with just one dollar, unless you can post some really awesome content that goes viral.

Well its called as Boosting in Facebook , where you post a link/picture and target audience based on your content it might go viral..check my
stats for one of my post this is for a picture which i have boosted on FB for a region.the amount shown is in AED, which was close to 1$.

Yeah it's possible but you must split test first:

1. Advertise images/video that will go viral, u must make the images original/video.
2. Try advertise it on fb ads using $10 if it's go viral do it again until you get many fanspage
3. if not go to step 1
