First of all you have to choose a niche. You can choose any viral content like motivation, tech tips, al tools, memes etc. If you want to create a faceless channel you can use Ai tools like higsfield, nano banana etc to create your instagram influncer. You can also work as influncer by yourself if you are deciding to start a face channel. Stay consistent and post daily on instagram.

Post regularly - even a few times a week is fine - and make content that feels real and relatable, not perfect.
Also, engage with other people in your niche: reply to comments, like and comment on their posts. Use simple captions, good lighting, and relevant hashtags. Growth is slow in the beginning, but if you stay consistent and patient, things will pick up.
You need to start by choosing a niche, analyze the competition in the niche and decide on content.

I think anyone starting out should focus on one clear niche so people instantly understand what the profile is about. Posting around 3- 4 times a week is solid, and using Reels helps a lot with reach. Most growth doesn’t come from luck, it comes from engaging with others in your niche and building a small community first
