Need guidelines for a theme to submit in Themeforest?

Hi hatters.

I am here with a new question today. I recently launched a theme but couldnt make it live because themeforest rejected it. I searched the internet and couldnt find a single guide that tells how themes are accepted.

How about a logo?PSD? if i want to submit a logo and psd, how do they accept it?

I am freaking exhausted right now because i spent a lot of money on it. Is there anyone who can tell me about it?

I can go for a JV.

They have a list of guidelines, you should check it out. Also if you're thinking of selling high on themeforest, you'll be surprised how low it is if you're not an elite author.

Better sell on your own, if you can do the traffic and market it you can sell high. Trust me on this

Okay..anyone else? If there is somebody who can take my theme, let me know what are the problems. you can say it can be a JV.
