I have windows video maker and camtasia and i dont have webcam i want to do ppd ,so i have heard i can edit youtube videos with camtasia or win movie maker how do i do it and how do i put tags or how to find them anyone here to to give me a guide on this.

Hi,
You need to download youtube videos first to edit with Camtasia.
Easier option to download would be the site - keepvid. Just enter the URL of the video here and download it.
You may update the tags while uploading the new video on youtube.

how do i edit them i never used camtasia before and how do i add watercolors onthe video,and tags for niches how do i find them?
