Need guidance on twitter prompting OnlyFans

I'm new on twitter. Can somebody explain to me how do I find retweet groups and how does it work? Is there any bot you would recommend to use? Do I just write random creators and ask them for promo? How do you track if somebody actually retweeted you when you do 100 retweets per day?

Finding those kinds of groups is a little tricky. Someone on here did try to start one and is looking for interested users. You can search for it yourself and see if it's any good.
