Need guidance doing DBA's in Canada?

Does anyone have any advice on how to get a DBA in Canada?
Such as where would I go? What info do I need? How much does it cost etc?
I seem to be able to find alot of info on how to do it in the usa but not Canada.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Used to do some things over there in the past but my info would be outdated, and much of what you'll find through G**gle (or here) may or may not even be accurate. A pretty good starting point would be:

I'm checking that site out now...seems a little more complicated to do in Canada vs the USA.
I think a call to the government is in order.

No problem. I agree with you about it being more complicated, alot more hoops to jump through and additional fees to pay. Good luck.
