Learn to use Kali? Learn Linux command prompts, used to be hard, though anything is sped up now with AI. Its become a lot easier with chatbots to fix problems with their back and forth QA solutions. Most everything I need is on Windows though I have a Virtualbox of CentOs. I may make a bootable device in the future just to see it in action.
 
Just learn how to use normal linux and the tools you need. Why bother to get an OS full of specific tools when you likely won't need to use most?
