Need Graphics Designer - Create Door Hangers

I need 2-3 different types of Door Hangers created.
Here are two examples of what I'm looking for:

The Images :
1. Must use 300 DPI Images ONLY. NO LOW-RESOLUTION
2. Writing must be legible , and clear.
3. Must be similar to the ones shown (Can be Different, Yet Same Theme)
4. Must include an "editable" copy that can be changed in Photoshop.
