Need Graphic Expert for Logo Work

i have a logo that is a square with black background and white text of the company name. The problem is the logo doesn't look good with the current website because the text in the logo is small and harder to read. I am looking for someone with the design skills to make the logo look nice. I don't need a completely new logo created, I just need someone to take the current logo and alter it to fit the current website.

My idea was to extract the white text and convert it to black and use that, but I will listen to "expert" advice of yours.

My budget is $50 and I don't expect this taking a novice more than 1 hour - 2 hours tops. I will pay via PayPal upon satisfactory completion. I will provide the website link where you can see what I'm talking about and for you to download the logo. I do not have a PSD version of the logo, only what is on the website.
