need google website scraper + crawler to get details, emails

I need a full google website scraper which takes a keyword and scrape thorugh x pages, write out all unique websites not in list already.

we will use a website traffic extension similar web and keyword everywhere extension to get our tool filled with endless keyword after entering the first one.

all it should do is find new websites.

Later we will add something to crawl emails / social media contacts from all those pages and other stuff.

you should know what to take care of by scraping google if you have experience in this can build me this tool in quick time let me know with a fixed price

Possible, But proxies are your part we need atleast /24 subnet to make bot work properly. You mentioned a quick time may i know how quick ?
For testing and debug it would surely take 3 to 5 days easily. If possible let me know your budget and UI model
