I’ve read through ALL of google’s shopping policies, yet my account always keeps getting suspended. I’ll be sharing my websites over PM if anyone can help me.

Just to cover the basics : All policies are found on the website, all addresses and phone numbers match w business information details, and all domains are verified. My products always get approved , but then the accounts get disabled days later. For “violation of shopping ads policies”

The google support reps and review team say they cannot find anything wrong, but refuse to re activate the accounts. This has happened more than once.

Forgot to add: Google live chat support has blocked me from opening new cases as I’ve opened too many. The only way I can contact them is through their support email.

Really looking for some help here. I've tried everything I can think of.

Assuming there are no data feed errors, try calling the help number in your AdWords account, requesting a reason for the suspension.

The suspension could be due to a number of things:

Good guide here:

Google unfortunately are not accepting calls right now, due to covid concerns. I have watched that video actually, it doesn’t really refer to parent MCA account suspensions - which mine is

Sounds like your account/info has been flagged for some kind of violation other than those mentioned. Of course you should try to get it unblocked if you followed all policies and everything looks legit now but maybe an easier route is just to create a new account with completely new information. Which country did you use when creating the Merchant Center/Google Ads account? As far as I know different countries have different review teams, so if you have a company and credit card in another country I would try to set up a new account from a new device in a different country.
Oh, and I think you can't use any of the previous domains you have linked, so you would have to set up a new website as well, otherwise you just will burn that info as well.

I’m in the U.K physically, however the MCA business address is in the US for all accounts etc as I’m running everything through the US LLC. Everything was set up using legit details that matched the website and our G ads account. Using legitimate phone numbers and cc aswell. Domains are fresh too, aswell as all the information in the policies section of the website reflects this.

If you use an agent in the US for the LLC there is a very very high probability that some other dropshipping sites are using the same address. Have you googled your address +shop or +free shipping and looked what comes up? Legit details or not my guess is that Google probably treats these accounts differently than ones that have a specific business address for a single business. Is there anything that speaks against setting up the MCA in the UK? Worth a try imho.

I’ve asked support and they said there is nothing wrong with using a different business address than your physical one for MCA. I’ve just done that check and a few websites do come up. (Two of them are mine, we are not dropshipping) The others are mostly serviced based. There are none that seem too spammy

Yes, but likewise from my experience there is nothing that speaks against using your UK address for MCA while still selling to US customers and the replies from the UK customer service seem different to me than the US ones, so I think it might be worth a try to get an account running again and build some positive reputation. I also still don't know why but my wife got her Wyoming LLC MCA account banned last month as well, being in the same situation, legit business, legit credit card, legit phone number, good previous customer experience, but the address is used by hundreds of shops that clearly sell from AliExpress...

Hmmm, I’ve actually got a manual review going with G right now. But i’ll be sure to do that if it turns out bad :)

Best of luck! Let us know if you get the account unblocked. By the way, are you using a separate MCA for each of your domains or have you applied for a multi-client account?

Sorry for the confusion, by MCA I mean multi-client account

Fundamentally Google does not particularly like the shopify + aliexpress dropshipping model, if they suspect you are doing that / a variation they will ban you for one of the following reasons: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127

Don't be surprised if a competitor reported you for policy violation, it has happened to me loads of times in the past.

They have a misrepresentation clause "promotions that represent you or your products in a way that is not accurate, realistic, and truthful." That is pretty wide ranging, meaning they can ban you just because they want to.

If you keep getting flagged they will just regard you as more trouble than you are worth and ban you for that!

Sure, we have inventory in the US with 2 day shipping- which is advertised on our site. The suspension is for “Violation Of Shopping Policies”

If I was looking to ban you I would check your site and I bet it does not say you are UK based and have a warehouse in the USA, where you ship products you have never seen from!

Unless it does say that you misrepresented your business and that is a violation of their shopping polices under the misrepresentation clause.

As I said the misrepresentation clause is wide ranging. They can get anyone for pretty much anything under that.

So if you keep getting reported / drawing attention they will just want you gone!

How could google ever determine the logistical system just by looking at a website?

How come competitors can report other merchants so easily when Google makes it so difficult to get contacted?
