Need google adwords ppc expert

Hello All,

I run a fairly unique business and require a complicated extensive, targetted and cost effective adwords campaign to be setup and managed. I am looking for somebody who knows their stuff - who can make good campaigns, make website ammendments for better conversions - who can read analytics well and push the business forward.
