Hi, I've calculated my budget and it's the best I could offer. I'm not expecting native writer because I know that they would demand 20$ per 1000 words or something. I don't need perfect articles.

The thing when they work with me is that they could work with me for years, then I could provide them somewhat stable income. I have good writer but she has other commitment so she doesn't provide me articles in time, she's happy with that rate.

Have you tried content mills? like iwriter? I'm sure they'll have people to your liking. They do grammar checks and whatnot, but you can get close to $10 / 1000.
