Need Good Whitehat marketer (build facebook, twitter, etc.)

I am need of someone for building up a brand on the internet. Getting facebook likes and groups, twitter followers, etc. In facebook and twitter I would like these people to actually be interested in my product. I dont want a bunch of people who are not interested.

Is there any one here who has good experience in this area? Or are there any good companies I should contact?
