Moneybookers doesn't work in the US. That means you won't get a host based in the US. Might want to sign up for google checkout as that would widen your horizons.

I know a website I am not sure about the hosting quality but just I have a domain name with them "xtraorbit"

If the location is not your concern issue, then you will have consider UK web hosting company, as Moneybooker is pretty popular there.
