I need also, i use hide ip softwares but 80% of IPs are banned on mininova

5socks or VIP72 should do the trick. Might be a bit overused by now, but they've always been reasonably reliable in the past.

the best proxys i have bought have been off bot hearders, as most bots now have a socks5 built into them.
This way you can get clean unused proxies (and even get specific locations) at pretty reasonable prices.
And when you have your own botnet its even better (dont have one now )
