Hey there!
I'm PHP/Python programmer and I'm looking for partnership with SEO master(s). Can create various scripts for your needs.
I'm not 13 years old, I have a job, so don't offer me to do script for 5$.
Willing to join team.

It's amazing how many people don't see the question mark in the title. He's not looking for a free programmer, he's offering his skills for free.
 
Meh implementation is always more important than brainfart ideas anyway. I am not afraid of losing any of my random ideas. Worth a try... so I pm'd :p
