scoreslivecash.com if you have decent countries of origin. I would advise looking into paying sponsors that fit with the niche of your site. Sometimes thats a good route as opposed to putting up just dating sponsors for example. Good luck you though...

this are the best paying networks when it comes to adult category http://countingstacks.com/ and http://silvercash.com/ It is hard to get in there but once after getting in ,you can make good money
