You can use hotmail less expensive than gmail. Iv'e seen many offer like that in BST with pop3 enabled.

to be honest i dont care. I just need pop, forwarding would be nice as well as no port 995 (without ssl, even though thats not nesseccary)...

Hotmail is automatically set up for pop3 when you create it so those would be your best bet. 995 and SSL though, why is it important to not have 995?
