I need a US or Canadian writer who can learn tasks. You will be doing more than just writing but I will teach you everything you need to know.

Around $5-$15 per hour, depending on your speed.

You want someone who is capable of writing, has a good grasp of the language and is willing to work for less than minimum wage (depending on their speed, of course)?

Thats why there is outsourcing.

Honestly its so hard to find someone from US and Canada with that salary.

Its easy to find someone in Philippines with that salary, the hard part is finding the one that can do what you need. Finding the right person is the key .

If you want to hire a native US and Can person be prepared to pay higher salary.
